What is breathwork?
Breathwork is a natural way to connect with your innate healing ability that exists within you. It is a scientifically proven technique that can help regulate our nervous system, heart, brain, and rewire our physiology.
This practice allows us to be more in tune with our physical body. When we bring attention to our breath, it connects us to the physical sensations that anchor us in the present moment.
Our goal is to empower people to meet their deeply held (un)conscious emotions to help process, integrate, and release blocked energy through compassion.
**Please Note** If you’re experiencing bi-polar or schizophrenia, cardiovascular disease, high blood pressure, glaucoma, detached retina, epilepsy, brain or abdomen aneurysm, uncontrolled diabetes, sensitive pregnancy, or recent surgery, please contact your doctor before engaging in this practice.
Agnes is a certified breathwork facilitator living in Vancouver, British Columbia. Her love of breathwork began in theatre school when she was introduced to voice work. This began her journey in discovering her voice through the breath, body, and Spirit. She’s been practicing meditation and a variety of breathwork for 14 years. Through her own healing, she brings a wealth of knowledge and experience in working through trauma. Agnes loves cycling, dark chocolate covered almonds, hammocks, swimming, sushi, crystals, dance parties, and picnics.
