Our Services

  • One on One

    A personalized 2-hour experience (in-person or virtual) based on your specific goals and intentions. Includes a guided meditation, intuitive reading, breathwork session, grounding, and integration with take away practices to live a more conscious lifestyle.

  • Group

    Group sessions available upon request ranging from 2 to 20 participants. This includes: group introductions, a collective agreement and intention setting, a guided meditation, breathwork, grounding techniques, small group debriefs, and integration.

  • Retreat

    One to three day workshops. These include longer meditative practices ranging from guided meditations, Middendorf Breath Experience, gentle movement, breathwork, grounding techniques, integrative group work, and personalized self-care practices.
